How home energy funding works in 2026.
Most funding falls into two groups: grants for lower-income households or lower-rated homes, and schemes open to everyone. Some are means-tested, some are based on your property, and one — the Boiler Upgrade Scheme — is open to any homeowner installing a heat pump. We work out which ones fit your situation and apply on your behalf. You don’t pay us to check.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme
A £7,500 government grant towards an air source or ground source heat pump. Open to homeowners in England and Wales — no income test. Runs to 2030.
Warm Homes: Local Grant
Government-funded upgrades for lower-income households in less efficient homes, delivered through local councils. Can cover insulation, heating and more.
ECO4
Energy-supplier funding for households on qualifying benefits, taking a whole-house approach to insulation and heating. Open to eligible households until December 2026.
Social housing & landlords
Funding through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund supports landlords and registered providers upgrading their stock. Ask us about portfolio work.
